The Biomatrix.NET was launched in 2008 to provide a place on the internet that collected cutting edge information on training for the mind and body to help readers achieve their potential. Through scientific articles, discussion and reviews, it aims to help bodybuilders, martial artists and athletes from all walks of life to reach their goals. It's a virtual forum for performance enhancement, for transhumanism today.
On the site you'll find: a virtual library of training tomes and articles, a comprehensive glossary of bodybuilding and related terms, an interactive forum, a gallery of amateur training pictures, a vast array of links, reviews of selected products, a blog and much more.
The Team
Adam Sinicki - Webmaster, Editor, Writer
Adam Sinicki is a Bodybuilder, Writer and a Gentleman with over 300 hundred published articles across websites and print magazines and several competition wins to his name. He also has 8 years of experience in Martial Arts including Karate, Tai Chi, Capoeira, Pa Kua, fencing and Hsing-i. As the owner of the successful Adam Sinicki.com he decided to branch out with a more general website of training articles (that would be the one you're on now).
Currently Adam is gaining work experience working for Warners Group publications where he writes for magazines as diverse as 'Writers' News' and 'Stamp and Coin Mart'. Soon he will be returning to University in Surrey to complete his psychology degree. Originally he hails from Bournemouth which he describes as 'the happiest place in all the land'.
Adam's other interests include writing novels, playing the piano, watching action films and reading comics. He also has an unhealthy love for sandwiches and his poodle Elo.
Chris 'Goof' Hanlon - Staff Writer
Chris 'Goof' Hanlon is a regular gym goer (Adam's long-time training buddy) and experienced boxer and is also currently completing a degree psychology. In his free time he enjoys watching and playing football and making a tit of himself. He is also quite good at Worms but just slightly worse than Adam. He has a rabbit that never dies.
Rich Silverton - Staff Writer
Rich Silverton is studying to become a Rugby Coach though he is currently recovering from a knee operation. He is a charming and gregarious fellow who also enjoys watching his home team Bournemouth play and the odd action comedy. He is sometimes known as 'the painted man' due to his array of tattoos.
They are at once frightening and arousing.
Simon Sparrowhawk - Staff Writer
Simon Sparrowhawk has a degree in Sports Journalism and has several published articles under his belt. He works as a commentator for football matches and is also Adam's number one advisor on fantasy football. He is a keen Golf player and also enjoys driving dangerously fast on the motorway while talking on his mobile phone. Mysteriously he never drinks alchohol.
Matthew Tutt - E-marketing and Consultancy
Matthew Tutt is an entreprenuer and full-time web editor. He is the owner of several successful websites including paid2review and Ronaldo pictures. He's amazing at football and can do over a zillion keepy-ups. He only rarely talks.

History of the Site
Adam Sinicki designed The Biomatrix after realising the limitations of his personal site Adam Sinicki.com. This site was first designed proffessionally for Adam for free by Sports Medias. The page remained static for around two years acting mostly as a portfolio for his amateur bodybuilding, but in 2007 Adam decided to edit himself and added a regular blog and large archive of articles.
Adam's friend Matthew Tutt, the editor of Paid2Review among other sites, gave Adam some tips on internet marketing, SEO and paid per click advertising and helped him to redesign the page.
The old site was gaining respect and publicity but was hard to market due to the irreverant nature of the site as well as the title - which didn't sound like a great source of training information. The new site then would contain the articles and the galleries and would add an interactive element, while the old site would become once again more of a personal site with more musings, writings and personal training pictures.
Adam set about designing The Biomatrix and found inspiration in unusual places. This was actually not the first time that Adam had designed a site that contained articles and as a young teen he had designed and run several other sites including the parkour focussed 'Monkey Stunts' site as well as the similar in theme 'Mind and Body Site'. 'Monkey Stunts' actually featured an early form of the blog, long before blogging took off in a big way.
The Biomatrix is still young and being tweaked as we speak, what happens next in the site's checkered history is anyone's guess, but I have a feeling it'll be around for a long time yet.
