There are a lot of supplements out there and knowing which ones work and which ones you need is key if you want to succeed in bodybuiling. Rather than going through the long process of trial and error then, why not use the stack I've provided below to turbo drive you training and muscle building. It's a blend of proteins, chemicals, vitamins, minerals and herbs that will get you feeling and performing better than ever before. Notice the focus on individual ingredients rather than brand names - don't be a slave to marketing and branding and make sure you understand the role of each and every substance you consume (most can be bought either in brands or individually on E-bay (but make sure they're trusted makes by reading reviews on forums etc)). This stack is cutting edge and includes combinations you won't find anywhere else - not neglecting the vitamins and minerals that can really increase the effectiveness of the more popular bodybuilding supplents to work alongside the body to get the most from your training.
A protein shake combined with additional amino acids will give you provide your body with the building blocks necessary to build up your muscle. A good one would be EAS whey protein or Cytosport Muscle Milk. Consume three times a day - morning for a good supply, after your workout to replenish the body and make the most of that anabolic state, and just before sleep - another highly anabolic state.
