Lil' update :)

I couldn't follow the pull-push excersize because I trained with my brother he has a differend schedule so in order not to mess his up I just do the same sets as him but with less weights :)

But when I told my mom that my happiness has increased alot and stress/depression has reduced alot since I started running
She also wanted to change her life because she aswell went true alot lately + she had trouble with her back
So she went and signed up in a gym (healthcity) after she trained there, she forced me to sign up there aswell :D
Yep I know I totally feel like a momma's boy, so for the moment I put my powertraining and running outside on pause and help her with cardiotraining..

sry for your anosmia, is it temporary like only when you have a cold or permanent?

Btw creed models are pretty cool just looked it up!

Thanks for the update Konan! I'm glad to hear it's all going well :-) And yeah it's always handy to have a training partner for the old inspiration (and for spotting). What's his routine like?

Really glad it's increased your mood so much, any new raining programme improves your life in ways you wouldn't even expect - it's such a good way to start making a difference in your life!

And your cardio training sounds great from the other thread, always good to mix it up and the break from the running will just keep your body on its toes! Nice of you to help your Mum out too. I'm sorry to hear about her back, my Mum suffers with back problems too as it happens.

And yeah it's no big deal but the anosmia is permanent! 9/10 times it doesn't matter but every now and then it's a problem if there's a gas-leak or whatnot!

his routine is
day 1
pecs and bicepts
day2
shoulders and tricepts
day3
back, legs and abs

sets are:
1x12
1x10 xtra weights
1x8 xtra weights
but it's not always the same sets some excersizes he does 3x 12 some even 4x 10..

and I think he takes 2 days break..

alot has changed to be honest not only my mood..
I get alot done in one day with ease
I feel more relaxed
and ofcourse the fisical stuff :)

Like you said it's indeed a good way to make some difference in your life!

grtz

Ah that's great! I really think there is a big correlation between working out and productivity... though it would be hard to say which causes which!

That training programme looks cool! Though there are a couple of muscle groups missing like lats, maybe you hit those a bit as secondary muscles? Is he in good shape? Anyway if it's working out for you that's great, and it's definitely worth being flexible if it means you get a gym buddy out of it!

like you said secondary muscles
he is in a very good shape I mean muscled but he's not a running type..
he is doing powertraining for over 10years, ofcourse he paused it somethimes
but just like my addiction to running he has it with powertraining :)
