This is just an example of some of the fun introductions you might find here. Come say hi!

Welcome to the new BIOBOARDS!

Hey guys,

Welcome to the new Biomatrix forums. I think you'll agree they're a little bit more fancy than the old ones and they took like all day to make, so please use them! I'm using one now and I'm loving it!

There's an awful lot of sections so pretty much anything goes. Talk about anything here! The only rule? There are no rules (except when I decide to make some up). Enjoy!

All the best,

Hello ther mr. Adman, jaiman a.k.a. vampireto! here.

I want to say that I really enjoy reading the bio-matrix page and all the articles there/here(haven`t read all but I`m on it), it contains everything I`ve been looking for since I was 18 y/o (since yesterday I`m 22 hurray 4 me!). really! every day since that I been looking for a concept or philosophy that gives the purpose of improvement of one-self. About 3 weeks ago, when the hope seems lost, I get a link to a "monkey stunts" article and get totally hooked (I know, sounds corny, but come on!)
I`ll say Im no athlete (but I`m abrown belt and do kick-boxing on vacations), on a scale 1 to 10 I`m 3 maybe 4, but the heck that will stop me!
.....Also I`m the heck of a geek, but apart from all the pop culture I get from movies and comics and the regular ultra-geeky stuff, Im very serious about improvement both physical an intellectual (also spiritual but thats another story). Live up to my believes is what I got in mind, this seems a pretty good way to do it.( also a superhero body wouldn`t bother me either)

already trying the ambidestroux (what ever that`s writen!) thing......pretty hard at first :-)

From zero to hero and greetings from Mexico

Hey Jermain aka Vampireto!

Great I'm really glad you found the site and are enjoying it! That's the kind of reaction I was hoping to get! I remember I was looking for a site like this one from about the age of 15 myself and was obsessed with the idea of becoming stronger/faster/more intelligent etc. The problem was every other site there was either very focussed (i.e. just bodybuilding or just martial arts) and didn't feature any of the lesser known ways to improve yourself I knew were out there; or were very kind of 'self-helpy' as in 'how to get happiness and make people like you' which wasn't really what I was looking for. I really wanted a site based on a more serious all-over body and mind improvement and as it wasn't there I made one!

Glad you're into your pop culture too, I'm a big fan of films and comics myself and think that's probably what got me interested in the first place. And you're right you should live up to your beliefs - so many people idolise these action and super heroes but no one makes an effort to be more like them!

Am glad to have you on the site, I hope you enjoy your stay! I'll try and answer the posts more quickly from now on :-P Good luck with the ambidextrous training too - and a late happy birthday!

Hey, You can just call me Soul

I have been reading the articles on your site for a while now....so I decided I might as well join the forum and join the community ^^

I'm only 14 but I enjoy reading your articles and even tried a few things out....Like the ways to make you run faster or jump higher...love running and jumping (Parkour anybody). I look foward to future articles that are posted and talking with people on the forums.

~Soul
The Soul within myself is aching
Still there, yet to be fulfilled
Always wanting only one thing
To be loved back...
Receiving love in return
Equal to what I give.

Hey Soul! Glad to hav you on board!

Ah I'm a big fan of parkour etc myself and I really need to start writing some more articles on that side of things! Looking to do a feature on Jackie Chan soon and his relation to Free Running (as the un-credited creator in a way) so I'll let you know when that's up. You got any parkour samplers? Feel free to share them on the boards!

Meanwhile I hope you enjoy the forums and glad you like reading the site. At the moment there are only a few people here but gradually the number's growing so hopefully there'll be a bustling community here soon!

hey I'm Marshalll also known as Jordan
I have meant to write one of these ages ago, but school and all that took over, and now I'm incredibly bored so decided to actually introduce myself.
I'm a typical 17 year old who likes hanging out and whatnot. I wish I was bigger, but I'm also incredibly lazy and want results fast (don't judge me) I have been a member of my local gym for a while now and have noticed that from 3 weekly visits since joining, my arms are bigger and that i am now lifting heavier weights.
I decided to join this site because I was too embarrassed to ask the gym staff for advice and the internet is the perfect mask. I would upload a picture of myself and ask what you guys what you think I should do to gain build muscle but 1, I don't want to be the first to do it and 2, I'm probably the smallest guy on here.
well nice to introduce myself :D
