My Recent Body and Mind Transformation

My Recent Body and Mind Upgrade

How Upping the Project Superman Training Transforms You

By

Recently I have completely upgraded all of my training to a big degree as well as improving my supplements stack and my diet. This has then taken me from someone with lots of energy in good shape to someone who is both those things but to another level. I have basically in the last month undergone an upgrade and this has boosted my confidence, strength, energy, and alertness to a whole new level. This re-affirms how useful this kind of training is, and it demonstrates that no matter how pleased you are with your current condition, you can always improve again through more training and supplementation. First I'm going to show you what it's currently like to be me after this transformation, then I'm going to tell you how you can do it (though a far more extensive explanation and more detailed outline of what to do is in Project Superman).

Living With the Upgrade - Strength

Since I upped my training I have felt like my body, right down to the core, is made from steel. Seriously I genuinely feel more powerful all the way through and that right away gives me a whole load more confidence and makes every movement stronger. I've gone from feeling stronger than average, to looking at things and thinking how easily they could be caved in. This seems to affect my body completely, right down to how I breath, which feels like it fills my body with energy and freshness each time I draw in. I feel like a coiled spring.

This strength is real and functional. It helps in everything I do. I used to be able to do handstand press ups but would wobble around a lot, whereas now I feel stable and solid as a rock. This is what allowed me to go to the gym yesterday, then use the pull up bar to pull up then do a muscle up which pushed me above the bar, before moving into a handstand by extending my legs above me. I was doing handstand press ups on top of a pull up bar, and I got an audience. Pretty cool... At the same time I can open jars more easily, lift up heavy boxes, and generally go about life with no struggle. The other day I threw a stick casually and it travelled about ten metres before actually embedding itself into a muddy mound. I'm benching 155kg at the moment and squatting similar amounts – and I could never squat well. And I work out for like 2 hours at a time all high intensity and then leave with no ache, no burn and feeling like I could continue. And when I go running I come back not-tired. I can actually sprint to the shops and not be  air (I do look mental though...).

Living with this can actually be a problem in some ways - there was a little struggle just now actually when I accidentally tore the handle off of the door in the toilets in a cafe. This lead me to have to find the number of the cafe in my phone and then phone the desk downstairs. They were expecting enquiries about their service and instead got 'I'm stuck in the toilet upstairs!!'. When you're stronger you're more likely to notice shoddy craftsmanship...

Confidence and Drive

This strength is coupled by more male and anabolic hormones, from the muscles themselves and from the supplements. This then leaves me feeling more assertive and masculine than ever before. I find myself currently having power dreams – where I dream I'm superman or I dream I'm the president of the US. This sense of overwhelming power seems to follow me into waking life too and sometimes I swear I could just punch the air and shout 'yeeeeah!!'. My taste in music has gotten rockier too which is weird (but doesn't explain to my listening to and enjoying 'Little River Band' last night...).

That affects my social interactions too and I find myself joking more with staff in shops and quicker to tell people off. It's a great feeling actually and you just feel like you're leaking alpha male-ness from your pores. Nice.

This is of course present in the gym too and this same drive has made me accomplish far more intense workouts. The stronger and more hormonal I become, the less I can imagine ever slacking in the gym again. I feel like roaring when I lift the weights and like I said my bench press has gone up to 155kg. Nice.

Productivity

Of course drive makes you insanely productive too. And this is coupled with the other hormonal changes – the improved neurotransmitters I have thanks to my amino acids, the increase in the 'drive and reward' chemical 'dopamine' and the boundless energy – means that my work has taken real leaps and bounds and I'm currently earning more money. I can sit in front of my computer in any scenario, regardless of distractions, and now write over 5,000 words an hours. That means I can finish my work in less than 3 hours a day. I've also been finding that I come up with more good words and my vocabulary has been expanding. It's a great feeling when you actually surprise yourself by using a big word. Recent examples have included 'entropy, recourse, correspondence, diametrically, ubiquitous, concurrently'... I always knew these words but now they are finding their way into my spoken language and my writing. You might even have noticed that this site has lately become flooded with more articles all of a higher quality. It's no coincidence.

My career has taken other turns too – the site has brought in more opportunities and I'm currently auditioning for a very highly paid advertising gig (one I coincidentally couldn't do if I wasn't this strong). In an unrelated meeting I managed to much better make my weeknesses seem like strengths and to generally defend any criticisms - I even got them to change the time of the appointment. Just because I'm firing no more cylinders and am better with words and more assertive. You kind of wish you did it all a lot sooner but hey ho...

And because I feel better and more alert, and more aggressively achievement-oriented than even before, I have started being more conscious about how I dress and look too. Coupled with an improved physique I just feel good. Like a pantha walking around town. Grrr.

How Can You Get It?

So what did I do to improve my training and ability this much again? Well it involved a lot of things, and for a real all body and mind transformation you need to read through Project Superman. Sorry to plug it but well... I want you to buy it if I'm honest. If you don't fancy buying the book then you could read this entire site and that would get you pretty close.

Generally though for me the transformation came about because of:

  • More compound movements in my workout

  • A new gym membership, 2 extra workouts a week, and 30 mins extra for each session

  • A new stack: EAS 100% Whey Protein, Tribex Gold, 1500 Amino, ZMA, Creatine, Iron, Multi Vitamin and Mineral

  • Doubling my intake of protein shake

  • Better skin routine (exfoliating, mineral cream, sugar scrub, self tanning moisturiser), new hair cut, better clothes (buy a cheap jacket, throw it over anything else you're wearing to instantly look smart)

  • Leaner diet (less alcohol, less fat, less sugar)

  • Commitment to 'self improvement' over 'relaxation'

I've kept this up about six weeks. I'm excited to see how far the improvements can go, though I'm expecting the power trip to continue up until the point where I'm so over confident that I leap off a building ALA 'The Other Guys'. I'd happily die like that...
