Upgrading Your Body and Mind With Training and Technology

The Taylor Lautner WorkoutBy Adam Sinicki
Taylor Lautner for those of you who do not know is the Werewolf guy from the Twilight saga. He represents the opposite kind of man to Robert Patterson's character (the better type). Robert Patterson is all pale emo pretty boy and has the looks, but Taylor Lautner has TRAPS. It's supposed to be that R-Pats is the 'spiritual/mind' guy and Lautner represents the 'earthy' type. In reality, it's just that R-Pats is the head, and Lautner is the body. In the second Twilight film Taylor takes off his top and the female portion of the audience all suddenly fell in love while the male half remembered to go home and Google 'Taylor Lautner workout'. If that's what brought you here then you've come to the right place.
Taylor was trained by a guy called 'Jordan Yuam' – he's the guy who invented the 'Taylor Lautner Workout' - and it seems that Jordan used exactly this principle making sure Taylor was lifting heavy. In fact he would pile over 40% what Taylor could lift onto the bar and then spot him to help him do it – my kind of guy. So make sure you are always pushing yourself past your limits and use a spotter to help you go beyond them. Yuam also however emphasised the importance of trying lots of different things and mixing the workouts up.
Choose a day to do each body part or a couple together and then make sure that that body part hurts. Focus on pushing past your strength limits and doing a few reps. You'll need a spotter and you'll need to ensure that you keep adding things to the mix to keep it interesting. Have at least two days off to rest. The body part that stands out for me on Lautner is the traps, so to ensure that they're up to scratch make sure you do lots of shrugs on one of the days using biiiiig weights. Traps tend to be very responsive to training and grow fast.
Taylor Lautner Diet
Finally make sure you eat the right stuff. As mentioned you would do well to use some kind of protein shake. Take this two or three times daily for rapid gains. At the same time though cut your carb intake to ensure you get those ripped abs that Lautner shows off.
